The Launching Book of Ani Yudhoyono

Along with the follower of Instagram & Facebook Ibu Ani Yudhoyono

It was in the end of June 2018, I received information via Direct Message from Admin that I was selected as one of the follower to be invited as a special guest in launching of her experience book in Jakarta. Previously, Ibu Ani looked for Sayembara in her Instagram and Facebook account, the selected follower would be invited in her event. As soon as I got it, I asked my family whether I could go or not. Luckily, they allowed me to go.

Since then, I started searching the online ticket. It was shown that the ticket was empty for train unfortunately. Then, I chose plane ticket. Actually, it was so difficult to take decision since I did not have much money in saving. However, I had thought that this opportunity would have not come again. Therefore, I directly booked the cheap ticket to Jakarta. What about accomodation? Since I had only limited money, then I contacted some of my friends living there. Alhamdulillah, one of my friend provided me a place to take a rest for several days. His name is Fachri Maulida. We had met before in Mahad Sunan Ampel Al Ali in Malang. He is a very good boy. Currently, he works in one of company in Jakarta. 

On Saturday (2/07/2018) morning, I took a motor cycle to go to Mojokerto Bus Station. Then, I parked my motor in the parking area. The next was using Bus to go to Surabaya Bus Station followed by Damri Bus to Juanda Airport. At 10 O'clock, I arrived in Terminal 1 which served domestic airlines. I departed at 2 PM. The journey took around 2 an hour an half. 

I arrived safely in Soekarno Hatta Airport at 4 PM. After that, I took a airport train to go to downtown. It was only 70.000 Rupiah, I could enjoy the new operated train. I stopped in BNI CITY Station and continued by Ojek. My friend would pick me at Gang Sentiong Station.

My friend lives in Cempaka Putih District which is near the station. As I arrived, his family welcome me very well. I thank Allah that I could take a rest before atteding the event.

The next day, my friend asked me to go around Monas and several parks in central Jakarta. It was a good moment to see another spot of Jakarta. Since then, I realized that being Jakartans is so hard. Despite the high living cost, crazy congestion, pollution, and dense population, they looked so joyful.

The launching events is in Jakarta Convention Center. It is located in GBK arena, Senayan. I took online ojek to go there as it is simple and cheap. It took around 30 minutes from the house. In fact, the guests were so many who are her closest friends and relatives. I saw several artists, governors, politicion, and former ministers in SBY era.

As it was the first time for me, then, I quickly took the moment to take a selfie with them. Hahaha. Actually, I was very shy. But, I did not care of it. The most important, I could meet face to face with them. I saw the good vibes as well as positive aura from them which improve my motivation. 

In a nutshell, as an villagers, of course, I was very lucky and happy to join the events. Besides, I could meet some new friends and get new experiences which are so beneficial to me. From this moment, so many lesson learned that I got. Silaturahim, networks, experiences and inspiration are the benefits. I am very sure that all of you have a very excellent people around you.
