Wedding Party

Today is Sunday. I was really happy that I could have mini travel to Garut attending my friend’s  wedding party. I had prepared everything hours prior to departure. I took a bath in the early morning and had a cereal mixed with milk. As soon as I finished my breakfast, I went to Campus to the meeting point which is in front of Al Furqon’s porch.

I met my friends with happily. They dressed in beautiful and handsome dresses. I had a chit-chat with all of them. Some of them were unfamiliar for me. Others might have a selfie picture with their gadget. After waiting for couple of minutes, the bus came and all of people got in to the bus. The journey might take more or least two hours without any traffic jams.

Actually, this was my first time to go outside Bandung since I have been living for a month. I was amazed with the scenery and could see the social life of the people through my seat. The cold AC made us joyful and comfortable on the bus. However, many of my friends decided to take a nap rather than had a sightseeing in the journey.

Once, I opened my tablet to check social media and read an article. The following task was on my head wherever I went to. That is why, Whenever I have a time, I would use it for reading.
We arrived the place at 11.15 am. When we came there, many guests had been standing in line to greet and congratulate the couple. Long queues were happened as many guests increasingly came to the party. This was due to the crowded people in the wedding meals nearby the stage. My friends then asked me to have a seat for a while. While waiting for the turn, I enjoyed the performance of shalawat  in the mini stage provided in the party.

We thought that we could greet them in the long queues. Therefore, we prayed zuhur in the musholla. Afterwards, we would be back to the party and you know what happenned? It was condusive. The long queues were not seen again. We could greet and take a picture together.
The next was to enjoy the wedding cakes and meals. I was really hungry since I had not breakfast with rice. I know that if I ate all the dishes, I would have stomachache. The, I took them sufficiently.
All in all, I was glad to have this opportunity attending the wedding party. At least, it could open up my eyes all the things around the city. Aside the increasing relationship among friends, I could also pray for their best in the future.
